    Our cattle are raised on 250 acres of land in Northern California.

  • The Feed

    The cattle are grass-fed and grain finished. They graze on natural grasses and spent brewers grain.

  • Purchasing Beef

    We sell cattle by quarters, halves, and whole. You can inquiry to purchase by contacting us below.

  • The Timeline

    Once a deposit is received we begin the finishing process of the beef. The time frame varies from one month to three months based on how many cattle are available.

  • The Butcher

    We partner with local butchers who have a sanitary, ethical, and minimal waste standards. Our butchers pride themselves with humane and thoughtful practices.

  • The Beef

    Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days to improve the overall quality of the flavor and tenderness of the beef.
